Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Lucent Enterprises Ltd., a British Columbia corporation that operates Yu-Gi-Oh Card List. By using this website, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site provides

Yu-Gi-Oh Card List is an unofficial fan-made Yu-Gi-Oh! card database with card lists, set lists, images, rarities, price hints, marketplace links, banlist information, and educational guides. We do not sell cards directly, operate a marketplace, process payments, provide grading, or make purchase offers.

Unofficial status and third-party rights

Yu-Gi-Oh! card names, card text, images, logos, and related marks belong to Konami, Studio Dice, Shueisha, TV Tokyo, and their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by those parties. Third-party data and images are used with attribution and licensing notes.

No professional advice or appraisal

Content on this site is for general information and entertainment. Price hints, marketplace links, rarity notes, guides, and rankings are not appraisals, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, grading advice, or guarantees of current market value. Card values can change quickly and depend on printing, condition, language, edition, grading, buyer demand, and marketplace rules.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site useful and accurate, but the database may contain errors, outdated prices, missing cards, incorrect images, stale banlist details, or broken third-party links. The site may change, break, or be unavailable without notice. Always verify important details with official sources and current marketplace listings before buying, selling, trading, grading, or entering an event.

Affiliate links and third-party services

Some outbound links are sponsored or affiliate links. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Third-party websites, marketplaces, payment processors, data sources, and tools are controlled by their own operators and terms. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, inventory, transactions, policies, availability, or handling of your information.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to bypass site security.
• Do not use the site or its event endpoints to send malware, spam, unlawful content, or false data.

Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us directly for the site feature giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Lucent Enterprises Ltd.from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. The updated terms will be posted here with a new last updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute related to the site are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts located in British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights in another forum.
